White Construction was professional from start to finish, in all areas with respect to management of the project. Steve was physically on site working with his crew each day and because of this with his keen eye was able to notify us when it was possibly improve on our existing design to include some of our original thoughts of what we had wanted ,but were told when we drew up plans it was not possible.. (as always builds in person look totally different then on paper. ) His knowledge allowed us to improve the overall look on the fireplace feature wall as a prime example . Even with unexpected hurdles, White Construction, kept us informed of issues, stayed within our expectations of budget with changes and as the project increased. In addition, Steve’s skill proved invaluable when there flaws in materials and was very helpful with how we could pivot the project so that we were never at a standstill waiting for materials without them continuing to work on another project with the scope of the project.
The quality of the finished work was exceptional, specifically with all the extensive tile work, soft close pocket doors, and unique features we added to the project (ie: exposed steel beam) .
White Construction crews were incredibly easy to work with and were respectful and courteous.
We would highly recommend White Construction / Steve White to anyone who is looking for a high quality builder.
White Construction did a complete gut remodel of our home on the Wisconsin River. Couldn’t be happier. You always hear stories about Rural contractors, try to get them to finish,slow, etc but with Steve just not the case. Steve did excellent work without delays. With his direction and ideas project turned out better than expected. We trusted Steve and he did not let us down.
